It's always encouraging to us when they let us know they're happy. After all, that's our goal....happy customers!

And by the way, if problems should ever arise, we resolve them quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer. Fortunately, we've not received any complaint letters or e-mails. But if we ever do, we'll post them here too so you'll know we're human.

As a Realtor with John L Scott,  I have referred my home buyers to the Inspector Guys.  My clients have been very happy with the level of detail the inspection provides.  The Inspectors take the time to explain their report to the buyer and remain available for further questions as any of the noted items are addressed.  I personally feel the Inspectors are very thorough and highly recommend them!

I have been working directly with The Inspector Guys, Inc. for about a year or so and have been extremely pleased with every inspection they have completed. They are very thorough and do not leave an outlet unturned! Each and every client I have referred their direction have been extremely impressed and keep their inspection booklet handy at all times for reference, which they are given at the completion of their home inspection.

 

I have to admit that I have used other inspectors due to client choices, but their home inspectors and inspections are not thorough enough and leave me with questions unanswered, so I know my clients have unanswered questions as well. Mike and Larry do not leave until every question is answered and are always available by phone if there are questions down the road. Together they set a high standard for home inspectors in our area and follow thru every time.

Just wanted you to know that Carrie and I will be closing on the house you inspected for us a couple of weeks ago.l

 

With your inspection and the items you listed with issues (roof, furnace, etc), we were able to get the selling price reduced another $15k.
